You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be authorized to represent any organization you act on behalf of.

You retain ownership of the information and materials you submit. You grant M-Select the permissions needed to host, display, and process that content in order to provide the service — for example, surfacing your profile to relevant opportunities.

We work to keep the platform available and reliable, but provide it on an “as is” basis without warranties. We may update, add, or remove features, and may revise these terms; material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.

To the extent permitted by law, M-Select and MOAR Advisory Services are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
