M-Select, operated by MOAR Advisory Services, provides a career visibility platform. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it deliberately plain.
What we collect
Information you provide — your profile, work history, skills, and any documents you upload. Basic account details when you sign up. Usage data such as pages viewed and features used, so we can improve the product.
How we use it
To build your profile, surface you to relevant opportunities, match capability to open roles, and operate and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal information.
Who can see your information
Your visibility is controlled by you and by the platform’s matching rules. Employers see profiles surfaced against their mandates; institutions see their own cohorts. Service providers who help us run the platform access data only as needed and under confidentiality obligations.
Your choices
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time from your account, or by contacting us. You can adjust your visibility and withdraw consent where processing relies on it.
Data retention & security
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, and apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it.
